About us

The Africana Community Rehabilitation Organization (ACRO) is a local non-political and non-profit making Organization.

Kesia Jackson and Felister Kajoro, ACRO members, working with the kids.

It has been established on 25th October, 2007 by local people from different social status and professionals with interest in safe guarding our environment and social-economic development. This Local NGO was formed according to the willingness of the community in a view to deal with the present Climate Change challenges and socio- economic problems in different villages.

We act in this matter by means of good understanding and sharing among each other in order to find out the best way of solving these problems through free discussion. People participation is a key in the decision making and the groups formed get together under the umbrella of ACRO Organization.
